Hygiene

For the well being of all boarders hygiene is of paramount importance and constantly reviewed. We therefore specifically ask that your dogs be clean on admittance. Cleaning of kennels is undertaken efficiently several times daily and as individually required. All kennels are disinfected daily and clean disinfected bedding is guaranteed to all dogs upon arrival. Food preparation is managed from a modern kitchen with stainless steel benches and feeding bowls. All diets are strictly monitored using only the highest nutritional products ensuring that individual feeding is properly controlled. All medicines are administered daily and correctly recorded. Bathing is undertaken in a turbo bath or a fully purpose built dog shower recess for large or nervous pets. Specially formulated herbal shampoo is used.

Diet

Our menu has been thoughtfully designed with advice from pet industry professionals. We can usually accommodate your pets needs but will also allow you to provide your own special food if required. Feeding is undertaken at the same time daily and is specifically tailored to allow for the need for proper and controlled daily exercise. Your dog will always be reliably and properly fed and exercised, including their day of arrival.

All food is prepared in hygienically controlled conditions in modern kitchen facilities. We are very proud of our individual feeding program. Dogs are fed separately with consideration given to their special needs.

Exercise

As we offer an exclusive service all dogs are provided with a monitored daily exercise regime. Whether your dog is young or old, Kennel Life is ensured in all forms of exercise. The exercise facilities are spacious, cleaned regularly and grassed. Our trained kennel assistants are focused on ensuring that all boarders receive the loving Kennel Life required to ensure their physical well being. Should you have specific exercise needs for your dog we will be pleased to accommodate them in our fenced secure facilities. Your dog’s weight may vary during boarding; this is a normal reaction and will be carefully monitored throughout the boarding period.

Post Operative Kennel Life

From time to time it is necessary for dogs to undergo surgery of some sort or another. We cater for the needs of most post operative dogs. We ensure that your dog is looked after with the appropriate medical attention in a loving and caring environment. Special daily rates are applicable for all post operative Kennel Life cases; please enquire about these specific postoperative services when making a booking.
