8.00 AM to 12.30 PM Monday to Saturday
Drop off hours are 8.00am to 12.30pm
Pick up is 8.00am to 10.00am or later by appointment.
A late check out fee applies after 10.00am

THE OFFICE IS STRICTLY CLOSED ON SUNDAYS

Inspections are available between 10.00 AM and 1.00 PM Monday to Saturday and are by appointment only.

NO INSPECTIONS PLEASE ON SUNDAYS, SCHOOL AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

The phones are connected to answering machines and unanswered calls will be returned. To ensure that your pet has sufficient time to acclimatise to their new environment admissions are to be between 8.00 AM and 12.30 PM.

Discharge is between 8.00 AM and 10.00 AM. An additional day’s boarding is charged if picked up after 10.00 AM.Pick up and delivery of pets outside of the prescribed hours may be arranged but will incur a $50.00 opening fee. Pick up and delivery can be arranged to suit your busy needs at an additional cost.
