HygieneFor the well being of all boarders hygiene is of paramount importance and constantly reviewed. We therefore specifically ask that your cats be clean on admittance. Cleaning of the cattery condo’s is undertaken efficiently several times daily and as individually required. All condo’s are disinfected daily and clean disinfected bedding is guaranteed to all cats upon arrival. All medicines are administered daily and correctly recorded. Should you have any specific needs for your cat we will be pleased to accommodate them in our secure facilities. Your cat’s weight may vary during boarding; this is a normal reaction. Gold Accredited Members of Pet Industry Association of Australia (PIAA) ensuring the strictest standards in care. DietOur menu has been thoughtfully designed with professional advice from pet industry professionals. We can usually accommodate your cat’s needs but will also allow you to nominate or provide your own special food if required. Your cat will always be reliably and properly fed, including their day of arrival. Food preparation is managed from a beautiful new modern stainless steel kitchen. All diets are strictly monitored using only the highest nutritional products ensuring that individual feeding is properly controlled. Even the fussiest guests will be well catered for. We are very proud of our individual feeding program. Cats are always fed the very best nutritional food with consideration given to their special needs.
Post Operative CareFrom time to time it is necessary for cats to undergo surgery of some sort or another. We cater for the needs of most post operative cats. We ensure that your cat is looked after with the appropriate medical attention in a loving and caring environment. Staff are trained and experienced in animal care. Special daily rates are applicable for all post operative care cases; Please enquire about these specific postoperative services when making a booking.
