Rates are charged on a per day basis, and are subject to change without notice:

  Canine Lodge

  • Small Dogs $24.00 Per day.
  • Medium dogs $26.00 Per day.
  • Large dogs $28.00 Per day.
  • Special Needs & Post Operative $38.00 Per day.
  • Giant Breeds & Sole Kenneling $38.00 Per day.
  • Executive Package $45.00 Per day
  • Doggy Day Care $45.00 Per day
  • Public Holiday Surcharge $10
  • Medication Charge $2 per day
  • Other Services (eg. Baths, Tick & Flea Treatment, Grooming etc) POA

  Cattery

  • Accommodation - $19.00 Per Day
  • Public Holiday Surcharge $10
  • Executive Package - $25 Per Day
  • Medication Surcharge - $2 Per Day
  • Cats with special or post operative needs - POA

Note - Each family is guaranteed its own condo! We never mix cats from different families.

Business Hours

Office hours are 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, Strictly closed on Sundays. The phones are connected to answering machines and unanswered calls will be returned during business hours on Monday to Saturday.

Inspections

Inspections are available between 10.00 AM and 1.00 PM Monday to Saturday and are by appointment only. No inspections on Sundays, School, and Public holidays.

Admission & Discharge

To ensure that your pet has sufficient time to acclimatise to their new environment admissions are be between 8.00 AM and 12.30 PM. Discharge is between 8.00 AM and 10.30 AM an additional day boarding is charged if picked up after 10.00 AM.

Pick up and delivery of dogs outside of the prescribed hours may be arranged but will incur a $40.00 opening fee.

Pet Taxi Pick up & Drop Off $40.00.
